Portrait Party Guest Information

To Prepare for the Portrait Party Photo Session:
Ask your host/hostess what type of background she has chosen for the party!  If the background is black, you might want to bring black T-shirts, denim, and bright colored shirts.  If the background is white, consider white clothing for the upper body for a nice effect.  For portraits with  more than one individual you should try to match your clothing and wear solid colors!  For example; a family photo with all members wearing denim is very pleasing to the eye!  The women could wear denim dresses or skirts with white blouses and the men could wear blue jeans with solid colored shirts!  This one is fun with everyone being barefoot and the ladies wearing hats too!  Feel free to bring some props along too!  Babies look adorable with angel and butterfly wings or with a favorite toy!  The photographer will also have a few props to share!  BE PREPARED and bring your Party agreement already completed!  The agreement can be downloaded and printed from the www.PicsbyTammy.Com website!

Portrait Party Day:
I encourage families with children to not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled photo session time.  It can be difficult to convince a young child that taking a photo is more fun than playing with a new friend!  During your photo session, I am happy to photograph the whole family and each person individually! 

After your Portrait Party Photo Session:
Be sure to pick up a business card and write down your password!  Each Portrait Party Session Gallery has it’s own special password to view and order the portraits!  Be sure to let your Hostess or Photographer know if you are interested in hosting your own Portrait Party or if you would like to book a full personalized photo session where you are given a full session for just you and your family! 

REMEMBER that your photo party gallery will only be available for 7 days after it is posted so get your orders in as soon as possible.  Feel free to email your family and friends and invite them to also make an order!  Your Hostess is credited a percentage of the total sales towards her own Portraits and she receives CASH credits for future parties that are booked!!!
